This is geared towards busy moms in general, specifically stay at home moms or work from home moms.

Can I buy this course if I'm not a mom yet?

Absolutely! While it is written in the perspective of a mom with young kids and there is a lot of content geared towards that, there are plenty of tactical action plans and applications that can be tweaked slightly even if you don't have kids. I think especially if you desire to have kids in the future, this would set you up so well to skip so many of the pain points, heartache, and frustration that so many of us deal with in the early years of motherhood!
